SuperSizing

On November 11th, we will meet with an expanded group of coaches and talent professionals to explore the current and future ways in which coaching is manifesting in the world today. We are hoping you'll add your voice to the conversation in large and small group sessions. This event is an open house - you do not need to be a PSPS member to join us.

8:30 AM - Registration & Networking
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Meeting

People benefit from coaching through all the seasons of their lives and it is necessary for us to continue to grow and enlarge in ways that enable us to support our varied clients effectively.

Join us for 2 of 4 small workshops:

  1. Finding Your Place in the Performance Management Process
  2. Getting Clear: Internal and External Coaching and the Roles we Play
  3. Keeping up with the Trends and Disruptions in Executive Coaching
  4. Re-committing to Ethical Practice through Dialogue and Discovery

The Golden VAL

The Golden VAL is an assessment that allows the client to define their daily operating values as well as their long-term life values through a forced prioritization process. This powerful coaching tool supports individuals in understanding what is most important to them. It builds self-awareness and supports good decision-making. All who wish can complete the VAL in advance and get their results prior to our meeting in order to follow along in this 30-minute workshop and get the most from this learning experience.
