Interested in joining an organization of local Business Leaders focused on driving excellence while improving the alignment between business strategy and human capital?

We ask all business professionals who would like to become a PSPS member to complete an application, which is then reviewed by the Membership Committee against the application requirements below. Once approved, you will receive confirmation of your membership along with a brief explanation on how to activate your membership.



Business Leader Membership | $300 per year

Guidelines:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional work experience.

  • Currently holding Director level role or equivalent (or higher).

With direct responsibility for one of the below:

  • Setting people and/or organizational strategy.

  • Strategically partnering with senior leaders within an organization to set people and/or organizational strategy.

  • Providing consulting services to the Director level (or higher) regarding people and/or organizational strategy.

Business Leader Membership - Auto Renew | $300 per year

  • Same membership as above but this option will automatically renew your membership next year and charge the credit card used to pay your dues. No more manual renewals. 


In Transition Business Leader Membership | $200* per year

Guidelines are the same as the Business Leader membership above, except that you are currently in transition and looking for a new role. Potential members who have decided to start their own business should apply for our Business Leader Membership.

*For those in career transition, PSPS offers a one-time 12-month membership for a discounted rate of $200. This includes free attendance at PSPS quarterly programs, Role-based Roundtables, ConnectHub, Members Helping Members and Career-Transition Group.


Rising Business Leader Membership | $300 per year

Guidelines:

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional work experience.

  • Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and hold a bachelor or master’s degree in a Business or HR related discipline.

  • Be referred by a current PSPS Member or Sponsor.

  • Currently hold a Managerial or Supervisory level role or a senior specialist role.

  • Must provide a summary of strategic business experience; include roles held/employers and examples of contributions and/or decisions that you have been responsible for that have had a strategic impact on the organizations you serve.

With direct responsibility for one of the below:

  • Executing people and/or organizational strategy.

  • Strategically partnering with senior leaders within an organization to set and/or execute people and/or organizational strategy.

Rising Business Leader Membership - Auto Renew | $300 per year

  • Same membership as above but this option will automatically renew your membership next year and charge the credit card used to pay your dues. No more manual renewals. 


Corporate Membership | $900 per year

Corporate memberships include up to 4 individual memberships for the price of 3. There are no specific corporate criteria; any company can hold a Corporate Membership. Member companies are expected to select participating individuals under their Corporate Membership who meet the guidelines for either Business Leader or Rising Business Leader membership categories.

To apply, your company should identify a main point of contact to complete the Corporate Membership application and submit the $900 payment. Once approved the main point of contact will be able to invite up to 3 members to join via the member portal. Each member will need to complete a profile page which will be included in the member directory.


Mentee Membership | $300 per year

Guidelines:

  • PSPS AIM Program Graduate

  • Sponsored by an AIM Program Mentor or someone from the AIM Mentoring Committee.


Legacy Membership | $150 per year

Guidelines:

  • Minimum of 10 years as a PSPS member

  • Retired from Full-Time Employment
