Leadership Forum Committee
The Leadership Forum Committee is responsible for planning and executing the annual PSPS Leadership Forum, held every Fall. This 1/2-day event typically attracts over 500 business leaders as a means to increase their knowledge and perspective on current and relevant topics. It also provides participants an opportunity to broaden their professional networks. Presented by highly acclaimed, nationally recognized thought-leaders and educators, the forum's local venue represents a cost-effective way to keep current on relevant and vital leadership practices.

Marketing Committee
The charter of the marketing committee is to engage members, sponsors, and non-members with creative content (graphic, video, and text).  We partner closely with other committees to highlight membership and sponsorship value to grow PSPS. The marketing committee leverages various channels to distribute resonating content, including LinkedIn, Newsletters, E-mail, and our website.

Membership Committee
The Membership Committee promotes and ensures a vital, diverse and active membership by attracting, engaging and retaining the region's top strategic HR and business leaders to enhance and advance the profession. By leveraging the experience of both internal and external practitioners, we seek to enrich one another's experience by providing thought leadership and provocative dialogue about emerging trends, strategies and practices. As part of the Membership Committee you would play a key role in helping PSPS maintain our status as the premier senior level human capital community in the Philadelphia area. Responsibilities include attending our monthly meeting and some offline work between meetings.

Programming Committee
The Programming Committee is focused on d
elivering highly-engaging developmental experiences for our members by providing a variety of valuable programming and relationship-building opportunities. Our suite of offerings includes the following:

  • Thought Leadership Experiences: What in the past were only events, we are now designing four thought leadership experiences for members. These experiences will include some combination of:
         - Digital Content: Podcasts, curated packages, and event summaries.
         - In-Person Events: Engaging speaker-experts and diverse panels of practitioners who provide the information, ideas and insights for “table work” with attendees.
         - Virtual Meetings: Post-event discussion groups.
  • Role-Based Roundtables: Provides members in similar roles an opportunity to meet periodically to discuss topics and challenges they are facing in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Career Transition Group: A robust set of educational, collaborative and informational support for members transitioning between jobs.

Sponsorship Committee
The Sponsorship Committee is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with organizations who see value in associating with the programs and members of PSPS. These organization sponsors invest commitment in time and money in PSPS as they gain involvement and visibility with senior level HR and business leaders professionals.

Community Connections & Inclusion Committee
The Community Connection & Inclusion Committee is dedicated to taking meaningful action in promoting justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) both within our organization and in the wider community through:

  • Educational Initiatives: Actively advancing learning and awareness around JEDI topics through targeted events and programs.
  • Volunteer Engagement: Mobilizing committee members and the broader community to participate in impactful service projects that make a tangible difference for nonprofits and underserved populations.
  • Building Connections: Fostering inclusive spaces for networking, dialogue, and celebration, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.

We are seeking fellow advocates and PSPS members who are passionate about giving back, supporting nonprofits, and engaging in initiatives like our Achievements in Mentoring (AIM) program. Join us in strengthening our community through JEDI roundtables, inclusive networking opportunities, and educational events designed to inspire positive change.
