AI is being used to significantly enhance the Talent Acquisition process using conversational recruiting software. Talent acquisition, a critical aspect of HR, is laden with challenges like managing high volumes of applications and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Paradox.ai has build software for the TA process to assist in automating and streamlining the initial stages of the recruitment process, handling candidate inquiries and scheduling interviews. In our webinar on June 18th, we'll explore specifics how AI:

  • can aid in many ways throughout the talent acquisition process
  • allow people to spend more value-added time with candidates

Q3 Thought Leadership Experience: The Problem with Change featuring Ashley Goodall https://www.peopleandstrategy.org/events/eventdetails.aspx?id=1836766 https://www.peopleandstrategy.org/events/eventdetails.aspx?id=1836766 Price: PSPS Members: FREE Guests: $95  includes Digital, In-Person, and Virtual Experiences

As we begin Q3, we're turning our sights to "Staying Human" in this age when we are alternatively told technology and AI are either coming for our jobs or coming to our jobs.

Our speaker, Ashley Goodall, author of the just published, The Problem with Change, draws on his two decades of HR leadership at Deloitte & Cisco to challenge the sacred dogma that disruption and change are essential drivers of business growth and success.

According to Goodall, whether it's a merger or re-org or a new office layout, change has become the ultimate easy button for leaders, who pursue it with abandon, unleashing a torrent of disruption on employees. The result is what he calls "life in the blender" - a perpetual cycle of upheaval, uncertainty, and unease.

The problem with change, Goodall argues, is that a culture where everything from people to processes to strategic priorities are constantly in flux exerts a psychological toll that undermines motivation, productivity, and quality. And yet so accustomed are we to constant churn that we have become numb to its very real consequences.

Join us on Thursday, June 27th, when we'll hear from Ashley and discuss how leaders at every level can create the stability that people need to thrive.

  • by prioritizing team cohesion instead of reshuffling teams at will,
  • by using real words rather than corporate-speak,
  • by sharing secrets not mission statements,
  • by honoring shared rituals rather than mandated bonding,
  • by fixing only the things that are truly broken instead of moving fast and breaking everything in sight, and more...

Register before April 1st and we will have a copy of Ashley's book for you, which he is happy to sign. You must be present on June 27th to receive your book.

Keep your eyes out for the separate registrations needed for the follow-up web-based small group discussions which will take place during July, Aug. and Sept., as we continue to explore how to "Stay Human in the Age of AI and Technology."

Our new Thought Leadership Experience programming approach meets you where you are with three different ways to engage:

  • Digital Content: Delivered with your registration or prior to an event. The digital content may include articles, videos, podcasts, and more.
  • An In-Person Event: An event may have a speaker, panel, or social focus with structured table collaboration
  • Virtual Webinars: With expert speakers with designed engagement in discussion
